How We Do It
Construction dust gets everywhere, so we work top to bottom in passes. High surfaces, vents, and fixtures first. Then windows, cabinet fronts, and every flat surface where dust resettles. Floors come last. Light debris haul-out can be added when you book: list what the crew left behind on the quote form.
Book after the final trade finishes, punch-list touchups included, or fresh dust undoes the work. If you have curing paint or newly refinished floors, mention it and we plan products and pressure around them. We bring our own supplies and equipment to every visit.
